1. Send your request
For Content & Ads Studio and its Content Creator Agent Meta integration, email jiazhen.theadspert@gmail.com with the subject “Content & Ads Studio — Data Deletion Request”. This service is operated by CTG WELLNESS SDN BHD.
- Your workspace account email, or another way to locate the record if you are not a team member.
- The project or Task reference, if known.
- What you want deleted: your account, a specific upload, information about you or data from a connected Meta account.
- An email address for our reply. Do not send passwords, tokens or unnecessary personal documents.
2. We verify and handle it
- An administrator acknowledges your request and provides a reference for follow-up.
- We verify your identity and authority, confirm the scope, and explain effects on shared content or pending advertising work before consequential action. Knowing an asset’s name or identifier alone does not authorize erasing another person’s data.
- Where relevant, we arrange to stop future collection for the affected connection and handle eligible copies in workspace storage, connected content storage, upload staging and operational records. Backups and provider-held copies are assessed separately.
- We communicate the expected timeframe after assessment and comply with applicable requirements. We confirm what was deleted or de-identified, outstanding provider actions and any specifically justified retention. We do not mark unresolved requests complete.
3. Check progress
Reply to the acknowledgement email with your request reference to check progress. This page is an instruction page, not an automated deletion endpoint. There is no verified one-click account-and-all-data deletion feature in the current service.
Important distinctions
- Recycle bin ≠ permanent erasure of the Notion page, uploads, account, review history or advertising records.
- Revoking a Meta connection ≠ erasing all previously stored copies.
- Deleting Studio data ≠ stopping, deleting or recalling a Meta ad. An authorized advertising administrator handles running ads separately. Do not assume a deletion request has stopped advertising spend.
- Deleting a Notion page or attachment ≠ immediate erasure of every backup or independent provider copy.
What may remain temporarily
Shared information, unresolved operations, backups or applicable retention obligations are assessed individually. Retention is limited to what is necessary and permitted; we explain the remaining scope and next step. These instructions do not limit rights under applicable law. Provider-held records may also require the provider’s own privacy process.
